Resetting Staff Member Account Passwords
If a staff member is having difficulty logging in, you can do a password reset.
To reset staff passwords:
- Login to your ScheduleBliss Admin account and navigate to Staff Management (Manage >> Staff >> Staff Manager from the Admin Menu).
- Click on the staff member you wish to reset to open their profile.
- Select Edit next to the
Password
field. - Enter the new password then scroll down and select Save
