System Settings

ScheduleBliss includes many powerful features and many of these features can be configured by navigating to the System Settings page: Manage -> System Settings.


General Settings

Setting Description
Autopay Enabled If you have requested an autopay option, autopay will be automatically enabled, otherwise please contact your ScheduleBliss representative to enable.
Online Sign Up Requires Approval Be very careful with this setting. If set to Yes, clients will not be able to sign up online unless you or one of your staff approve their account.
Late Cancellation Lockout Period in Minutes Cancellations made after this time period will be recorded as late cancellations and visits will not be automatically returned to passes.
Online Schedule Header This allows you to enter custom text to be displayed above the schedule in client view.
Onsite Waiver Terms This allows you to enter custom text for your onsite waiver that clients sign in person, accessed by clicking on Clients->Waiver.
Online Waiver Terms This allows you to enter custom text for your online waiver. Clients must agree to the terms of your online waiver in order to create accounts online.
Email Waiver Copies To Copies of onsite waivers will be emailed here.

Admin Email Notifications

Setting Description
Email Alerts & Notifications to All alerts and notifications will be emailed here.
Receive Online Purchase Receipt Copy Email If set to Yes, a copy of all online purchase receipts will be sent to the above entered email address or addresses.
Receive Online Check In & Cancellation Emails If set to Yes, a copy of all online reservations and cancellations will be sent to the above entered email address or addresses.

Client Email Notifications

Setting Description
Send "One More Session Left on Pass" Email If set to Yes, an email will be automatically sent to clients when they have one visit remaining on a class pack pass.
Send Online Check In Confirmation Email If set to Yes, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to clients when they sign up online.
Send New Clients Online Username & Password Email If set to Yes, clients will receive a welcome email with with their username and password.
Client Waiver Copy Email Text This allows you to customize the text of the email sent out to clients with an attached copy of their signed waiver.
Client Email Footer This allows you to add a universal custom footer to all emails sent to clients.
Client Notification Email Subject for Online Reservation This allows you to customize a universal subject for emails notifying clients of online reservations.
Client Notification Email Text for Online Reservation This allows you to create universal text for the body of emails notifying clients of online reservations.

Client Waiver Requirements

Setting Description
First Name First names are always required for completing the client waiver and must have at least 2 characters.
Last Name Last names are always required for completing the client waiver and must have at least 2 characters.
Email This is required for completion of client waiver if set to Yes. Additionally, this option must be set to Yes to enable client purchases and online sign up.
Birthday This is required for completion of client waiver if set to Yes.
Mobile Phone This is required for completion of client waiver if set to Yes.
Zip / Postal Code This is required for completion of client waiver if set to Yes.
Gender This is required for completion of client waiver if set to Yes.

Client Birthday Greeting

Setting Description
Enabled If set to Yes clients will receive an automatic birthday greeting email on the birthday in their profile.
Birthday Greeting for Client This allows you to enter custom text for the body of the client birthday greeting email if enabled.
