Transferring a Visit Between Passes in a Client Account
Visits assigned to a Pass in a client's account can be transferred to a different Pass belonging to that client.
To Transfer a Visit:
- Enter the client's name in the Client Search Box on the right side of the Menu to open their profile.
- Select Attendance to view all Passes in the client's account.
- Expand the Pass containing the visit you wish to transfer by selecting the + to the left of the Purchase ID.
- Click directly on the visit that you wish to transfer.
- Select the Pass you wish to
Transfer To
in the drop down menu then select Transfer.
