Deactivating, Hiding and Deleting Staff Accounts

There are several ways to remove or hide staff from your current setup. Inactive staff will no longer show up as options in staff drop-down menus such as in reports and scheduling and will be hidden from your active staff list. Deactivating staff will maintain all their past data in the system, however it is best to deactivate staff members only once they have no future sessions scheduled. You also have the option to delete staff accounts. Deleting staff accounts requires that the staff member has no past data in the system and is best used in the case of a duplicate or incorrect staff profile.


Deactivating staff accounts

To deactivate a staff account:

  1. Login to your ScheduleBliss Admin account and navigate to Staff Management (From the Admin Menu, follow Manage >> Staff >> Staff Management).
  2. Click on the staff member you wish to deactivate to open their profile.
  3. Scroll down to Status and select Inactive from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Save.

Locating and reactivating inactive staff members

Inactive staff will be hidden from your active staff list but can be located by pulling up your inactive staff list. You also have the option to reactivate inactive staff at any time.

To locate your inactive staff:

  1. Navigate to Staff Management (Manage >> Staff >> Staff Management from the Admin Menu).
  2. Click on the Filter. By default the Status filter will be enabled allowing only active staff.
  3. Click on the arrows in the status drop-down menu and select Inactive .
  4. Select Done.

To reactivate staff:

  1. Follow the directions above to pull up your inactive staff list.
  2. Click on the staff member you wish to reactivate to open their profile.
  3. Scroll down to Status and select Active from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Save.

Deleting staff accounts

To delete a staff account:

  1. Navigate to Staff Management (Manage >> Staff >> Staff Management from the Admin Menu).
  2. Locate the staff member you wish to delete then click the Icon icon on the very right to bring up the ACTIONS contextual menu.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Select Delete staff account.
