Transferring a Visit Between Passes in a Client Account

Visits assigned to a Pass in a client's account can be transferred to a different Pass belonging to that client.

To Transfer a Visit:

  1. Enter the client's name in the Client Search Box on the right side of the Menu to open their profile.
  2. Select Attendance to view all Passes in the client's account.
  3. Expand the Pass containing the visit you wish to transfer by selecting the + to the left of the Purchase ID.
  4. Click directly on the visit that you wish to transfer.
  5. Select the Pass you wish to Transfer To in the drop down menu then select Transfer.
