Resetting Client Account Passwords

If a client is having difficulty logging in, you can do a password reset.

To Reset a Client's Password:

1. Enter the name in the Client Search Box on the right side of the Menu to open their profile
2. Scroll to Password and click Check To Reset
3. Enter the new password then select Save
