Setting Up Free Sessions

You can easily setup free classes, events, appointments or any other kind of session. Free sessions that will take place once or run for just a short period of time are best set up using your Events Program. This will allow you to create a free pass that you can then make valid for that session only. If you would like to setup a free ongoing class or similar session then you may need to add an additional program to your system to keep the passes that you use to track attendance to your free classes separate from your paid tracks.

Setting up free passes

To set up a free pass, follow the steps to Setup Passes with the following settings:

  1. Set the Price at $0.
  2. Set the Default Program to Events.

Scheduling free Events

Once you have created your free pass, follow the steps to set up your event and add the pass as valid in the Schedule.
