Resetting Staff Member Account Passwords

If a staff member is having difficulty logging in, you can do a password reset.

To reset staff passwords:

  1. Login to your ScheduleBliss Admin account and navigate to Staff Management (Manage >> Staff >> Staff Manager from the Admin Menu).
  2. Click on the staff member you wish to reset to open their profile.
  3. Select Edit next to the Password field.
  4. Enter the new password then scroll down and select Save
